What you can buy at Skyra Tower
Floors three to seven are identical. Each carries fifteen homes off six-foot corridors: one studio, ten one-bedroom apartments in two layouts and four two-bedroom apartments in four layouts. Every apartment has its own balcony and kitchen.
Sizes run from 440 sq ft for the studio to 1225 sq ft for the largest two-bedroom, all priced at PKR 15,000 per square foot. That puts the range at PKR 6,600,000 to PKR 18,375,000.
How the payment plan works
Every apartment is sold on the same plan: 30% down, 65% over 36 monthly instalments, 5% on possession. Type B (600 sq ft) is PKR 9,000,000: PKR 2,700,000 down, then PKR 162,500 a month for 36 months, and PKR 450,000 on possession.
Buyers who pay the whole amount up front are currently offered 15% off the schedule price. There is no published end date, so ask for the offer in writing with your quotation.
Why buyers look at Phase 8’s Business District
The tower stands on Plot 656 in the Central Business District-South of Bahria Town Phase 8. The developer’s brochure puts the Statue of Liberty 2 minutes away, Bahria Town Head Office 4 minutes and Bahria International Hospital 9 minutes.
Inside the building there are two floors of consultant clinics, a day care centre, a gym, a snooker room and a residents’ clubhouse — the things a family would otherwise drive to.
