How the plan is split
You pay 30% of the price to book, 65% spread evenly over 36 monthly instalments, and the last 5% when you take possession. Type A (1,050 sq ft) is PKR 15,750,000: PKR 4,725,000 down, then PKR 284,375 a month for 36 months, and PKR 787,500 on possession.
Buyers who pay the whole amount up front are currently offered 15% off the schedule price. There is no published end date, so ask for the offer in writing with your quotation.
