What 2 bed apartments are there in Skyra Tower?

Each apartment floor, from the 3rd to the 7th, has four two-bedroom homes, one of each type: Type A at position 01, Type C at 09, Type D at 10 and Type G at 14. That makes five of each layout in the building, and 20 two-bedrooms in total.

Which two-bedroom layout is right for your family?

Type A is the sharer’s layout. Two identical bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, suit two adult siblings, a family with a live-in parent, or a buyer who plans to let the flat to two professionals. Its large kitchen also suits households that cook seriously.

Type C is the light-and-air choice: a corner position with balconies on two sides, for only PKR 375,000 more than Type A (about PKR 6,771 a month). Type G is the entertainer’s layout, with a twenty-foot lounge-diner and a long balcony across both bedrooms. Type D is the largest apartment in the tower, and its 24-foot lounge-diner and dressing area make it the natural choice for a family moving from a house who want space rather than a view of two walls.

Is the step from Type A to Type D worth PKR 2,625,000?

The price ladder is steady: Type C is PKR 375,000 more than Type A, Type G another PKR 1,125,000, and Type D another PKR 1,125,000. From A to D you pay PKR 2,625,000 more for 175 sq ft, or PKR 47,396 more each month.

What that buys is mostly living room – Type D’s lounge-diner is nearly nine feet longer than Type A’s lounge – plus the dressing area. What it does not buy is a bigger kitchen or equal bedrooms: Type A beats Type D on both. If your household cooks at home and shares bedrooms fairly, Type A may be the better flat, not just the cheaper one.
